  The Fatherless Foundation has been in the making for over 25 years. I lost my father by a drunk driver when I was only 9 years old. My mother a widow at 32, my dad only 37 when he perished. So, during my upbringing I always tried helping those less fortunate than I. Especially kids who'd just lost their father or mother. I found the best way to help was "hands on" help, giving my time to others. This was very rewarding to me personally, so I decided to help the fatherless on a larger scale. In hopes of the kids, teens, and adults, who are fatherless, to have a place to go to after school, or just to help them build up their own self esteem and confidence. Also talk with others in the same situation, and providing a "stepping stone" towards their future. The Fatherless Foundation will provide 12 (twelve) different occupational skills for these kids. Which many have no after school programs, no direction due to FATHER ABSENCE, and no HOPE. I will provide services and programs that will give them incentive and direction towards their future. The 12 skill options I will be providing are: 1) Music Lessons (beginning guitar, bass guitar, piano), 2) Music Engineering 3) Songwriting class 4) Poetry/literature class 5) Arts & Crafts 6) Academic Classes 7) Library/Study Room 8) Auto Shop 9) Wood Shop) 10) Agriculture Area 11) Animal/Pets Area 12) Exercise area The Fatherless Foundation's website is up and running.   From 1974-1977 I was coordinator of The Sound Dept. on the Paramount Pictures lot. From 1977-2013 I was a Sound Technician, and now retired from that industry, after 37 yrs. Now I'm the founder/CEO of Mindgarden Creations AND "The Fatherless Foundation", which is my newest corporation to help others less fortunate.
