Having managed Paul for over 2 years now, I have seen rapid development in such a short space of time. Pauls key strength is in his likeability which people really underestimate how difficult that is to achieve. He is a hugely influential member of our department, working on various platforms outwith of Telephony including Message Bird (Whats App) and WebChat to deliver against commercial goals and more importantly, greatly improve skillsets. Paul's realtionship building is exceptional and it is really hard to see where the ceiling is for him as with the continued accelarated development in any role he goes on to pursue, I can comfortably say he could achieve and be a success in any position within the Customer Care world.
