Helped Venture Photography set up a purpose built, in-house digital suite to enable me to write and deliver bespoke Photoshop training to all our photographers and digital artists.The courses were designed to standardise the retouching and production skills of all our digital creatives both in the UK and our international franchises. As well as Photoshop tuition, the courses also included colour management and monitor calibration modules to achieve the highest level of colour consistency of studio work coming through the Venture laboratory.It was during this period that I gained my certification in Adobe Photoshop.
