  Paul has been in the real estate business for more than 40 years. After several years with two large national development companies, he spent 4 years in the office leasing division with A.E LePage Ltd., a major national real estate brokerage company in Edmonton.Paul joined J.J. Barnicke Limited in Toronto in 1983 and has been responsible for the successful leasing of large scale office projects with particular emphasis and expertise in the North East Toronto and York Region marketplace, representing many major landlords. Paul has also been involved in the relocation of numerous corporations in transactions totalling over 5,000,000 square feet.In the role of Senior Vice President, Paul was a member of the Management Committee of DTZ Barnicke Limited, responsible for the operations of the GTA northeast office. In May of 2012, Paul joined Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. as Senior Managing Director and Market Leader of the Toronto North East Office. Under his leadership, the Company significantly grew its business and market share in Toronto East, the GTA and southern Ontario.On July 1, 2019, Paul was appointed Executive Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield ULC. In this role, Paul was focused on business development, servicing and expanding existing long-standing client relationships, and creating opportunities for the company, himself and fellow brokers.In May of 2021, Paul joined Lennard Commercial Realty as Executive Vice President where he is focused on continuing to service existing clients as well as developing new business for himself and the firm in all aspects of commercial real estate.Paul is highly regarded within the commercial real estate industry in the Greater Toronto Area - both the landlord/developer and the brokerage communities - for his ethical sense, honesty and integrity and has been generally recognized as one of the foremost leasing agents in the Greater Toronto Area.
