During my time at Comfort Homes I oversaw an application to the NSAI Timber Frame Section, which entailed compiling extensive documentation for the application and subsequently the implementation and maintenance of an approved Quality Control System. After consultation with the NSAI and following several factory inspections Comfort Homes was awarded NSAI Approval in February 2004
