Paul is one of the most passionate, dedicated, and hard working people I have had the pleasure to work with. He sincerely cares about the end to end experience for the customer, and being the true sales professional he is, he certainly has a flare for activities occuring at the pointy end of the funnel! I have worked with Paul on projects where he has introduced CRM systems, developed lead generation campaigns, and generally lead teams to greatness. He has a good balance of strategy and hands-on delivery as well as a good blend of soft skills and technical skills that make him a valuable addition to any team or business.

Paul has been an inspiring leader and mentor for me, notably during my time working with him at Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre. Under his guidance, our membership services team overcame adversity working only out of a makeshift office (in a public library) to achieve an annual memberships budget within only the first 3 months. His work helped to create the foundation for a large and sustainable membership base, together with a high level of customer experience and member retention. He worked closely with myself and other team members, helping to teach us transferable sales skill sets, customer management software knowledge, as well as guide us in our careers. Following in my time with Paul, I have been able to use the training and guidance he set before me to achieve new heights in my own career. His kindness, patience, understanding and knowledge as both a leader and manager is invaluable - I’ve only known him to go on and continue to achieve great things in other similar roles within the customer experience, sales and leisure environment.
