During the time we worked together, he won a local and a national award, demonstrating how he can blend both resident activity and wellbeing alongside supporting and working with the community, ensuring that residents living within a care environment, feel part of the wider community too. His ‘let’s make it happen’ attitude engages people from all walks of life, ensuring voices are heard and visions become reality. Paul certainly made my job a lot easier!
