    • Customer Service Representative
      • Sep 2011 - Dec 2022

Over the past 10 years my role has evolved. I began working in replenishing stock and then quickly moved to customer service. I enjoy working in a team and with other people. My role is currently dealing with a wide range of customers from a service inquiry point of view and also in the community/DIY space too. I have worked across a few areas in-store (indoor garden and outdoor nursery) which has expanded my knowledge which has allowed me to give more enriched customer service. I also enjoy working in the children's DIY creating small projects on the weekends. This has allowed me to get to a wider community and expand my customer base, working with parents and families. My responsibilities include: • Customer Service • Cash Handling • Self checkouts • Service desk • Maintaining clean and tidy registers • Working with community volunteers • Working with Children in DIY programs • Working with schools and NFP organisations

    • Myer Academy Coordinator
      • Sep 2018 - Jun 2019

This role was an insight into the leadership journey my boss promoted and inspired Myer team members to embark on. I was able to join in and assist her with these workshops she ran and tracked the participation and data. The role involved scheduling her travel across the Myer stores across Australia and managing the supplies that were required too. The management of the data integrity was a very big part to measure success and feedback from those who had attended the workshops.

    • HR Officer
      • Mar 2018 - Aug 2018

I worked in the HR Services team, which looked after and dealt with queries and training and development for the team members working at Myer. The role allowed me to interact with various stakeholders and communicated with colleagues. I mainly focused on the troubleshooting issues team members experienced and providing them with assistance.
