  Responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of all special operations activities during peace-time, regional contingencies and war across the Pacific Command area of operations. Served as Deputy Commander during two major Pacific Command special operations counterterrorism exercises involving allied special operations forces. These exercises involved planning, integrating capabilities and deconflicting over 12 different capabilities involving over 1500 personnel and 50 platforms. Managed 8 staff divisions, composed of 150 senior personnel, in the development of a five year special operation forces advising and assisting engagement plan encompassing 12 countries in support of the Pacific Command Theater Campaign Plan. Developed and managed the budget for joint and Army funded exercises throughout a 24 month period. Developed plans and set priority to meet changes in workload set performance standards; selects workers; prepare employee appraisals and civilian award recommendations. Show less
