Paul has been my key contact at 2BR over the last 12 months. He has been instrumental in the build and development of the new Let's Foster website for Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. During this time he has been attentive, professional and has gone over and above to ensure all work has been completed to a very high standard and within a timely manner. Paul had taken the time to really get to know our audience demographics and key messages which meant his input for the build was both well informed and relevant for what we needed as a final product. His knowledge and expertise led to our website having more functionality and usability for both myself and the Foster Carers that use our service. He also took the time to help me personally with my own development of using the back end systems of Word Press. Working with Paul has been enjoyable and most certainly productive.
