Paul was an excellent member of staff during his time with Brookes Stephens. He was diligent, trustworthy and hard working. I cannot recommend him highly enough as an employee and colleague. We were all very sorry to see Paul return to Uni and hope he returns!

Head of operations and financial analysis. I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the core team and am the first point of contact for our clients. I have personally valued, or overseen valuations of >100 assets with a combined NAV over £3bn. Additionally, I have overseen the builds of multiple fund models, each tailored to focus on a specific purpose including carry calculations, portfolio valuations and exit scenarios. Having graduated from the University of Warwick with a 2.1 in Mathematics in July 2014 I joined Amberside as a modelling consultant. I am currently a member of the project management team am a full member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. At Amberside, I have had experience building and auditing operational PFI models over a variety of PPP and renewable sectors. I have built a number of multi-site models, which have been able consolidate individual site data into group structures (including HoldCos) and have combined financing / costs. One of these models was used in the negotiations for a proposed refinancing of a portfolio of solar assets. More recently, I have specialised in fund services. I have personally valued c.100 assets across 7 infrastructure funds. In addition to this, I have completed value enhancement and prepared asset models for sale as well as building a portfolio model which was capable of consolidating projects and running sensitivity analysis, which was used for the sale of a fund. I am currently managing a team responsible for semi-annual valuations on a FTSE250 infrastructure fund. Furthermore, I have been involved with numerous bespoke model builds. An example of which, I was responsible for designing, building and delivering a group forecasting model for a well known corporate entity. I am currently developing a new model which we hope will innovate the financial modelling market. Show less
