Project Landscape Architect for a number of St George residential schemes in London. My work included initial design proposals to the directors at the EDTM, planning submissions and delivery of tender packages to working drawing standards as often we were not novated to the contractor. Within Broadway Malyan I assisted with project bids, fee forecasting, invoicing, recruitment and resourcing of the team. I was responsible for managing and planning the workload for three team members. Key design proposals and delivery included a sculptural pedestrian bridge with a parapet of illuminated acrylic rods, a bespoke hand crafted bronze water wall within a key building entrance, a 200m water rill and assisting with an art brief which has seen the selection of 2 artists for an installation on the River Thames.
