Having worked with Paul all the way through his time at GiveMeSport, I can happily say he was a pleasure to work with and a very knowledgable guy when it comes to all sports. Helping him during his time in the Academy, Paul showed great signs of dedication and willingness to learn and develop, which in turn led to him becoming a freelancer for the website. After once again impressing, he was hired to help myself with the Academy, which once again he did successfully, becoming a crucial part in the team and building a good relationship with our Academy members. Paul is not just a very hard and dedicated worker, he's also a nice guy to have around the office, so it would be a pleasure to work alongside him again in the future.

During this time I could have conceivably hired someone else to start immediately but knew he was the man I wanted for the job and was thoroughly rewarded when he started the position.
