Having worked with Paul all the way through his time at GiveMeSport, I can happily say he was a pleasure to work with and a very knowledgable guy when it comes to all sports. Helping him during his time in the Academy, Paul showed great signs of dedication and willingness to learn and develop, which in turn led to him becoming a freelancer for the website. After once again impressing, he was hired to help myself with the Academy, which once again he did successfully, becoming a crucial part in the team and building a good relationship with our Academy members. Paul is not just a very hard and dedicated worker, he's also a nice guy to have around the office, so it would be a pleasure to work alongside him again in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with and managing Paul for many years while he worked for GiveMeSport as both a freelance writer and a full-time member of staff as one of two Academy editors. His dedication and work ethic was a particular highlight for me which led to me offering him a full-time role and being willing to wait more than five months for him to gain his visa to rightfully work in the UK. During this time I could have conceivably hired someone else to start immediately but knew he was the man I wanted for the job and was thoroughly rewarded when he started the position. With Paul, you are not only getting commitment and passion for the role but also a vast range of sporting and social media knowledge, the latter of which can be transferred across multiple industries. I very much hope our paths cross again in the future as he is a pleasure to work with.
