I worked with Paul at It's Just Cricket when he was the owner/manager of the 'Platinum Lounge' in London. I learnt a great deal from him during my short stint at IJC. His ability to manage multiple things at IJC viz., digital marketing, creation of YouTube videos for his very popular channel, managing schedules, customer engagement and many more, was noteworthy. I noticed that he was also adept with social media management; his posts for the IJC handles usually garnered many eyeballs and likes. I enjoyed witnessing his unique nonchalant way of dealing with customers which you might find recommended in management books; it was to let the customer be, choose and decide for themselves and only interfere if they asked for help. I enjoyed my time at IJC and loved working alongside Paul!
