  Here, I managed multiple areas and operation, encompassing; preventative maintenance, installing new equipment, inspections, troubleshooting and alterations etc. At all times I focussed on ensuring full compliance to expected standards, regulatory requirements and technical specifications of each job. Additionally, I led on aspects of human resources whilst ensuring plant and physical resources were co-ordinated within the construction facility; meeting stringent targets for both time and costs. I implemented and maintained preventative security programs, utilising specialist knowledge and up-skilling other staff. All of this work meant managing a number of multi-cultural work forces of different trades and mentoring a number of colleagues whilst in role. At all times I provided professional advice, guidance and information to senior managers, including the interpretation of related data to inform future strategy, as well as policies, procedures and on-going operations management.
