I worked with Paul for more than two years, managing him directly and in a dotted line. Paul is an outstanding communicator. As a Learning professional, he always had very high NPS scores from all the training sessions he managed. He is a very good moderator, as well as actively engaging audiences of all kinds. He possesses a unique combination of recruitment, training, and HR business partner experience, in the UK, The Netherlands and Europe as a region. Culturally he was very aligned and respected by his colleagues at the organization. It was very difficult to see his position affected during the COVID reorg. We would work with Paul again in the future, and I personally strongly recommend him.
