  A mine exploration company. We as a company looked at 3,000+ mining projects in Indonesia and surrounding countries including Mongolia and Australia. We completed desk top studies, site visits, mapping and all non technical due diligence including licensing etc on a large number of projects until we were able to consider three mining projects in Indonesia. After further exploration and due diligences in 2015 we signed SPA to take over a lead and zinc project in Kalimantan, Indonesia. We completed a drilling program from March 2015 to July 2015 which made the decision to buy PT Indo Mineralita Prima.
