Key successes include:Launch of new website in February 2014 with a brand new approach to a venue site;Implementation of online tools including online enquiry and event management tools;Launch of new meeting venue in November 2013;Development of brand and launch of new food court in January 2010 and new Costa coffee outlet in November 2011.The launch of a new £20million 4 star conference hotel in March 2006 and involved the coordination of key activities within extremely tight deadlines, guest speaker, invitations, entertainment, guest lists and public relations.Implementation of a marketing plan in line with key revenue targets with measureable return on investment where no plan had previously existed. Development of a new corporate brand following the company gaining status as a limited company from the university in August 2008. This included a new suite of communications.Successful launch of new corporate identity and refreshed brand values at a leading trade show in September 2008.Development and implementation of a Sales and Marketing strategy to provide a new focus to the operations of the company following the appointment of a new Director and Senior Management team in 2008.
