  I was the owner operator of a carpet cleaning and installation business. I did the marketing and management of the company for 10 years. In year 8 of my business the yellow pages miss printed my ad and the damage was not repairable. The wrong phone number was printed and eventually had to close though I still can and would install carpet if needed, or for a friend.
