With a focus on community expansion and retention, in the period of one year, I was able to accomplish a 368.34% increase on Twitter followers, a 24.20% peak engagement rate (compared to 3.10% in 2021), and a growth of 40% on Telegram, 304% on Youtube, 686 % on Discord, and 964% on Medium. I’d also like to highlight the implementation and management of the incentivized testnet, which has attracted 43,371 unique users and 2200 running nodes. Another substantial strategy i led is the development of educational content, such as the KYVE Academy on the basics of our product and blockchain technology. As part of my tasks, I also participate on the implementation of documents related to business development, including SWOT, Persona, Competitor analysis, and sales force objectives, as well as the conduction of research to identify new use cases for our product. I was also responsible to set up the KPIs for our social networks, and the organization of our local communities (KYVE community is present on every continent across 54 countries & has more than 50 ambassadors), as well as the promotion of offline events like AMAs and demo days to educate the community and answer their questions. I am also dedicated to making our Discord a pleasant and secure place for our users by setting up security measures to avoid external attacks and establishing processes to anticipate / handle problems if they arise. In collaboration with the Head of Marketing, we work on a dynamic calendar, promoting and attending important events and conferences in our fields of interest.
