Initially recruited to Citi as Country Engineering manager, I was promoted to Citi Realty Services (CRS) Country Head in 2007. Apart from a 10 month temporary assignment as Middle Cluster Head in 2011, I have held the CRS Country Head position, managing all Premises related activity for the Citi Ireland portfolio. Disciplines include, Facilities Management, Building Services Management, Real Estate management, Financials, Project Management, Engineering Management and Environmental Sustainability.In country responsibility for specification, implementation and management of outsourced FM Services , Engineering Services, Sustainable Solutions, Construction Projects, Disaster Recovery and Spatial Planning. Member of capital projects team and responsible for delivery of financial analyses across a wide range of leasehold improvement initiatives across the Citi Ireland portfolio.

CRS Cluster Head Assignment in Middle East

In 2011, I was requested to take over the CRS Middle East Sub-Region on a 10 month secondment. This was an incredible experience and during this time, I was heavily involved in projects ranging from $200K to $2.5M. While based in Dubai, in addition to normal business activities, I also carried out PPRs (Premises Peer Reviews) on multiple premises in 4 countries, focusing on accounts, procurement, project management, maintenance SLA's (PPM and Reactive), fire safety compliance, health & safety and engineering protocol.

Headed the Start-up team for four major Intel projects (team of 5). • Responsible for the writing of Mech. system commissioning documentation.
