  • Work closely with the R&D engineering staff to develop and refine the tooling/fixtures and theprocess maps to produce and verify both prototype units and implementing production ECO’s.• Fabricate high quality, complex, close-tolerance designs used in critical applications, e.g. nuclearreactors, submarines, aircraft, ground vehicles, missiles, lasers, x-ray and medical products.• Perform complex welding operations on base metals such as stainless steel (347/304/316), aluminum,titanium, hastelloy, monel, nickel and copper alloys. Perform silver and B-cup brazing of copper,brass and stainless alloys. G.T.A.W. certified to MIL-Specs on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.• Perform G.T.A.W. welding of down to 0.010 wall stainless tube as well as down to 0.020wall aluminum tube. Perform 100% pressure tests on all subassemblies.• Maintain and exceed established manufacturing standards while producing zero-defect finishedproduct.
