Paul is an extremely knowledgeable, collaborative Materials Technologist. Paul worked for me on the Huggies Baby & Child Care Product Development team, and I was lucky enough that he worked across a number of the brands and products. He brought a calm, thoughtful presence to the project team and was always happy to go the extra step to help deliver objectives - even supporting night shifts when needed. I was particularly impressed with Paul's collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Logistics, Marketing and Procurement. Paul was able to work with all these teams to achieve his objectives, and did so with a positive, supportive attitude. Paul would be asset to any team, and I highly recommend him.

I worked very closely with Paul Beasley for many years at DuluxGroup when he was in my R&D team at Selleys and when he was a brand manager in our marketing team. Paul had many significant achievements over this time. His achievements have had a sustained impact on the business. Paul also has remarkable interpersonal awareness which made him very effective as a team leader and manager. I unreservedly recommend Paul Beasley and am happy to provide further comments in this regard, if required.
