I help to manage and operate projects engaging a variety of stakeholders in and ensuring that outputs and targets are met. I am supporting projects contracted with HS2, the European Structural and Investment Fund, West Midlands Academic Health Science Network, Birmingham City Council, the British Council and a number of internal projects such as the management of the Digbeth Social Enterprise Quarter and events management. I was employed as a Community Enterprise Adviser on the ERDF funded USE-IT social enterprise support package. This role included a number of deliverables including the development of a social enterprise support network, developing consortium's to help enable social and community enterprise develop, and providing start-up and developmental support for community enterprises. My day to day tasks included face-to-face meetings with community groups and stakeholders, the development of promotional materials and email and telephone communications with stakeholders and organisations.
