  Within my role as Financial Controller, in addition to overseeing the running of the finance function, I have dealt with both internal and external reporting, liaising with the regulators and international offices in US, Canada, Australia and Malta. I am responsible for the Solvency II reporting across all European entities. Additionally I have endeavored to improve the information flow and efficiency throughout the business, assisting all departments through detailed financial analysis and implementing improved data processes. I have also headed up the IFRS 17 development as required for the European entities.I have been proactive in broadening the role of finance and regulatory reporting to assist with the company more widely.
