  I started with Transdev (previously Connex) in December 2003 as a Team Leader. I was involved in the "Start Up" of the Luas Light Rail System in Dublin which opened in June 2004I was involved in training/managing all new drivers I was also involved in the recruitment of new driving staffI have direct responsibility for a team of 32 drivers and shared responsibility for the remainder of all other drivers 172 in total which make up the Service Delivery grade within TransdevI report to, support and assist the Service Delivery Manager in ensuring the safe and efficient running of the Luas tram service.
