Bio
Max de Rosnay
I had the pleasure of having 7 sessions with Paul. I saw an improvement in general in most facets of my executive functioning, which led to a more productive and impactful performance at work. Paul is also a highly approachable and personable person, making the sessions seamless as well as comfortable. I highly recommend working with Paul.

‘I now feel equipped to reach my full potential…if only I did this sooner! Before working with Paul I felt I had a lack of direction and focus for improving myself both professionally and personally, which made me feel I wasn’t meeting my full potential. I was already aware that Paul was a transformational coach and one day decided to book six coaching sessions to discover if Paul’s coaching could help me focus and ultimately help me realise my full potential. I had no experience with life coaching and did not know what to expect. Paul made me feel very comfortable during the sessions and clearly explained how they would work and that everything would be confidential. Consequently, I felt relaxed and was able to openly speak and delve deep into my feelings and thoughts – some of which I never would have uncovered without Paul. This enabled me to discover how to address areas I needed help with such as how to deal with stress, improve confidence and how to improve my drive to achieve great things. What was particularly useful was having clear outcomes at the end of each session. For instance, creating a plan for exercise to help reduce stress levels. At the end of each session I felt like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders as I had a strategy to address issues that I had previously ignored. I now feel equipped to reach my full potential both personally and professionally. For example, one of the sessions motivated me to put myself forward to lead an initiative at work. This has resulted in me being recognised by senior leadership in a positive way. Thanks to Paul I am now an avid supporter of his coaching method and I am confident that the coaching received will benefit me for the rest of my lifetime – if only I did this sooner!
