The job duties of a super user are mainly based around SAP. Super users are constantly monitoring the inventory of product to ensure that the correct amounts are in their designated areas. Some of the main tasks of a SAP Super User include:•checking the inventory of flat cartons, film, and finished product. •cycle count any raw materials in or out of SAP•Be of assistance to shipping and receiving personnel who may be having issues receiving materials or shipping them out. •Lock and unlock any material bins or finished product bins when they have an incorrect inventory•Assist any Material Handlers with any SAP problems that occur during a truck load, unload, or production issues. •Send emails on a daily basis to any and all persons regarding SAP issues including but not limited to, incorrect production raw material counts, missing finished product, and issues with CV-41 or Intermec hand held RF-Scanners. •Assist any other super users with issues, and perform any other tasks required by the SAP Coordinator or Warehouse Supervisor. Material Handler
