Larry Baker

During the 2019 Crude Unit Turn Around at HollyFrontier in Cheyenne Paul Agular was the Project Manager for retubing the charge heater. This project was scheduled to be the critical path for the TA. This project was run very efficiently and Paul made several suggestions that would improve tube installation and heater operation after retubing was completed. The tube material was 317L stainless steel and there was no weld repairs required during the project. This project was very efficient and the project ended up not being the critical path, and was completed well ahead of the TA completion. Due to the leadership and communication directed by Paul, this project was completed within schedule and budget. Start up of the heater was smooth with no complications.

Steve Stanley

Paul is a great organizer and has a large following of knowledgeable supervision and craft. Has extensive experience in turnaround management and is able to produce very good results.

Robert Taylor

Paul's group of proffesional craftsmen worked tirelessly to perform a complex confined space retrofit of our FCC Regenerator without incident. His transparency, communication and teamwork were inspiring as he amassed and managed a large work force with seamless effort.
