Paul was working for me in the Business Development Team for approximately one year. His move from Project Management in his former position to become Business Development Manager at Endress+Hauser was really beneficial for the team. As a young, open and internationally oriented person he brought through his outside-in thinking new creative inputs how to better develop our solutions portfolio and the corresponding markets of E+H. He was attending specially in the area of PAM (Plant Asset Management) requests from our subsidiaries and customers. He managed to coordinate in our matrix organisation the relevant outside facing PAM activities successfully. Subsidiaries and customers were always satisfied by his support effort. I really regret his leaving - mainly due to private reasons and wish him all the best for the future. In case of re-orientation I would immediately hire him back !
