When I was recruited by Google (I never applied), Paul was my recruiter (after the sourcing recruiter did his hand-off). Paul did a great job of representing Google. He was so much better than recruiters from other companies. He would answer all my questions, even when they were a bit inane and just due to my apprehension. He kept me up to date and was patient with me. Paul also made sure I had all the information I needed and was always responsive.
