• Wrote Interface for UKHO which allowed them to set up a Commercial Website to sell Sea Charts. • Carried out data migration for Archives Index system at UKHO in time for the new Oracle based Archives System to go live on the anticipated release date. • Wrote Interface for Northgate Systems to allow a Data Warehouse to be set up to improve the speed of retrieving relevant data for data analysts. • At HSS letters for long term debtors were produced individually on Word. Wrote a new system that allowed a batch of letters to be produced in a Mail Merge thus significantly shortening the process of printing these letters. • The HSS Intranet allowed information to be accessible throughout the company which cut down on the need for internal memos or emails. This was particularly useful for the IT Department members who had to refer to ISO Standards Documentation. • Carried out Y2K analysis of HSS Retail systems which did retrieve problems which could have crashed systems in the Year 2000. • The Barcode System for Exeter City Council significantly speeded up the processing of Electoral Registration forms Show less
