He handled a very complex environment at Texon with over 40 servers, 2 server rooms, a disaster recovery site, and multiple remote locations. Due to the nature of our business, we often had to ship systems and equipment build up remote locations. This required perfection on Paul's part when sending equipment to the site because the sites were so remote, that basic IT equipment was unavailable. For these remote installs, Paul took the extra step of photographing and labeling the connections and creating detailed illustrated instructions. This meant that the individual installing had no doubt about what they needed to do. Paul's proactive nature regarding his responsibilities with virus, spyware, and other protection software meant that we rarely suffered any downtime due to malware. He also is very knowledgeable regarding Virtual Server Environments and Storage Attached Networks as they were the technologies used for the majority of our servers.
