  Took over entire supply chain/distribution and set up related manufacturing companies. Established supply chain as the prime profit center for Pizza Pizza Limited. Expanded, automated, and added facilities while improving quality and costs savings for franchisees. Pizza Pizza had a small distribution facility in Toronto with manual dough making, transformed into a state of the art facility. Budget started at $40M and grew to $140M. Managed 4 direct reports.
