Patty has inspired and motivated me in more ways than one. I was a part of her Scrum Simulator cohort, and as an aspiring Scrum Master, it was more than I expected. It wasn't your average "boot camp" that is out here where you go through training for just one function. She refined our thought process around the Scrum framework and our work. I completed the simulator feeling bold and confident not only in the work I completed but in my personal life.
