As a VP, I had the pleasure of working with Patty on a regular basis during her time at Triton Trailers. I worked with her in a variety of capacities ranging from on-boarding new employees to training to establishing HR processes and procedures. Patty has a unique combination of being personable while driving to get things done. She was able to understand the big picture, prioritize her work and operate with little direction from either myself or the human resource manager. Above all, I found her to very accountable as she took ownership for her role and the work for which she was responsible. I would highly recommend Patty for any position that requires high levels of organization, interaction with other employees, creation and implementation of policies as well as strong communication.
