  I currently manage a team of 6 staff covering all aspects of the financial arena within Sertec including:Group Credit ControllerAccounts AdminstratorPurchase Ledger ClerksAccounts TraineesGroup Payroll Officer.Currently I am responsible for the day to day management of the accounts activity ensuring that all deadlines are adhered to and all information submitted is accurate. My role covers the following areas:Production of Management Accounts for submission to Finance Director and ensuring that all balance sheet control accounts are reconciled.Preparation and review of operational budgets.Overseeing of both purchase and sales related activity.Reviewing Credit Control to ensure all cash is collected within set targets.Quarterly Consolidated VAT returns.Ensuring all intrastat declarations are submitted within given time constraints and all information is correct.Reconciliation and maintenance of fixed asset registers ensuring capital expenditure procedure is adhered to.Liaising with finance providers in respect of hire purchase agreements.Liasing with external auditors to ensure annual audits are carried out efficiently and ensuring all information required is available.Attending and managing the annual audit of Sertec Estonia twice yearly.Overseeing payroll function of Group which covers 1200 employees +.Ensuring correct paperwork is submitted to HMRC in relation to Cars and Car Benefits.Annual Submission of P11D's.Montly reconciliations of payroll.Ability to cover payroll in absence of Group Payroll Officer.Training and Devlopment of Staff.Annual Performance Appraisal reviews.
