Working with Patty was a delightful experience. She delivered an excellent customer support structure by working closely with engineering and product teams. She helped us streamline a faster delivery process, bringing the customer needs in every step of the development process, so we could set better expectations and provide an enhanced user experience. She has proven to be efficient, warm, and a great team player that you can count on regardless of the situation. I would definitely recommend Patty anytime.

Patty is the type of manager everyone should have at least once in their career! I had the pleasure of being on Patty’s team at Aspire for the past year and a half. She was always supportive and committed to our success, as well as that of our customers. She’s empathetic, approachable, and solutions-focused. She truly goes above and beyond for her team and brings out the best in each person. Any company would be lucky to have Patty in a management or leadership role.

I built a team of 10 fantastic employees who handled all the questions and issues from both brands and social media influencers using Aspire. We analyzed support tickets for trends, feeding that to the Product team so that Engineering could implement changes to the product. I reviewed growth plans and individual KPIs with team members on a monthly basis, shifted resources as needed and made documentation a high priority for the team. Streamlining internal processes was a goal and these were reviewed on a regular basis. I also led company-wide book club discussions and contributed to the Women's Resource Group. Show less

I worked with a great team of people to support our Planview Spigit clients. Planview Spigit is an Enterprise Innovation Management product, that allows ideas to make the journey to reality! My team handled all the questions from our clients on how to implement the best process for their environment. I coordinated with my colleagues in Customer Success, Product, Operations and Engineering to make sure the most important issues were resolved in a timely manner. I began at Spigit as a Customer Success Lead, supporting Fortune 50 clients in implementing an Innovation program. Seeing the diverse ways our product was used by different clients was exciting. Watching them implement ideas to the betterment of their company and employees was a powerful testimony to the value of our product and services. Spigit is a great equalizer - anyone can have the next big idea. Being promoted to the Director of Support tapped into my need to help others and handle their questions around the product. Part training, part listener, support is a great way to influence the future of the product. My team of five did a great job in satisfying clients, per the results of our semi-annual surveys. Beginning as an aide, helping tutor reading and math skills, and then moving into the fifth grade teaching position when a teacher fell ill, was a great learning experience. I could see the difference I made with the students and was intrigued by their curiosity and ways of absorbing material. It was a rewarding time. Huron City Museums is a small, historical village from the late 1800's. Preserved by the direct descendants of the town founders, it is a unique place in Michigan. The Director job combined my love of history with the ability to share that love with tourists, school groups and community members. Interviewing and hiring the tour guides each summer brought new faces and improvements in our onboarding process. Together, we created new events to draw more people to our museum - workshops like chair caning and historical writing, poetry readings, Army Band concerts, Civil War encampments and Pioneer Day. Writing grant applications and receiving funding every year allowed us to expand these offerings. Helping with weddings at the chapel was a fun addition. I coordinated with the local Chamber of Commerce and the Parks Department to provide free shuttle services between locations for our Sawmill Day celebration. Visitors could attend both Sawmill Day and ABC Day in Port Hope, MI. It's a great place to visit. Show less

I started at EDS as a Systems Engineer, defining client requirements, coding programs and eventually managing a team of eight remote programmers. Supporting clients like auto manufacturers, a coal mining company and an emergency oil response company gave me a lot of varied experiences. Traveling around the country to exercises, where we reviewed how the system performed under actual deployment events was an eye opener and helped us improve the quality of the process. I moved into project management and eventually marketing and sales support. At the Smithsonian's Museum of American History, we ran the Information Age exhibit for them. I supported special events at the Museum, such as the Sultana of Malaysia’s visit, the ComputerWorld Smithsonian Awards Program and the delegation from the National Health Museum. Conferences we assisted at were the Women Executives in State Government and the Congressional Black Caucus Science and Technology Brain Trust. Helping to get donations from various companies benefited the exhibit that millions of visitors saw. I also coordinated the creation of EDS' exhibit space at the World Congress on Information Technology. Dealing with the budget, designers and builders, tight deadlines and coordinating demos was a great challenge and very rewarding. We were deemed 'the place to visit' at the exhibit hall by the local press. My most fun job title was Champion Sleuthing Overseer. I was responsible for finding the best success story to share with prospects during the sale cycle. This enabled the Sales Executives to focus on other priorities, as I interviewed internal teams to see if their client qualified for inclusion in the proposal. I responded to over 300 requests from the sales team and it was very satisfying to be a part of closing the deal. I had a great career at EDS and enjoyed learning about our clients, their needs and how we could best support them. Show less
