      As the District Manager, I supervise three Managers at large scale properties which includes weekly/monthly touch base meetings (frequency as needed), bi-annual property inspections with the Manager, attend board meetings with Manager periodically, assist with training and complete annual performance assessments. On occasion a Manager may require more support so I will interact with the Board more with one than another. I also periodically call their Board President's to see how things are going and make sure the client is satisfied and there are no red flags. As a Community Manager, I am responsible for the daily management of two to three flagship properties where there is no on-site management to include monthly property inspections, preparation of board agendas and meeting materials, interact with the Board and individual directors to ensure client satisfaction, preparation of annual budgets (including BRE budgets), processing invoices for payment as operating or reserve expenses, and manage vendors as needed for routine and periodic work on the properties.
