At R Work Group, we help people with disabilities find and maintain work. We do assessments, career exploration, transferable skills analysis, resume writing, and job search training. During my 10 years at the church, I officiated at funerals and weddings, held weekly bible studies, visitations both home and hospital, crisis interventions, counselling, weekly services. The most rewarding part of being the pastor at LUBC was the privilege people allowed me to enter their lives in some of the most intimate moments people can share with others, such as death and dying, birth, crisis, and marriage.
