  Hope Connections for Cancer Support is an independent, community-based nonprofit organization, founded in 2005 that helps people with cancer and their loved ones deal with the emotional and physical impact of cancer through professionally facilitated programs of emotional support, education, wellness and hope. All programs are donor supported and provided free of charge to those affected by cancer. As the Outreach Coordinator for our new building/office site, I am responsible for representing Hope Connections in the Prince George's County community by setting appointments and presenting our programs to corporate human resource personnel, medical professionals, faith-based organizations as well as at health fairs, community festivals and workplace giving campaigns.
