Currently, I am the only Community Manager responsible for two mobile titles published by Star Stable: Star Stable Horses and Wildsong (still in early access in a limited number of regions). Furthermore, due to my expertise in analyzing social media data and creating long-term community strategies, I also work with the Star Stable Online product team to improve the way we work with Community Ambassadors and how we communicate with our players externally. • Full ownership of communication through official social media channels for Wildsong. This includes writing copy, preparing cohesive visual assets, and replying to the players in a timely manner. • Managing a social media calendar for mobile titles, ensuring the players are getting all the important information from the official channels. • Providing regular community sentiment updates directly to the Star Stable Horses development team. • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing social media data for Star Stable Online channels. Focusing on key metrics across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok to help establish KPIs and targets. • Collaborating with a small team on the restructure of the Star Stable Online Community Ambassador Program. • Organizing meet-ups and Q&A sessions with the players in Star Stable Online as a Game Master on a Polish server. By the end of 2020, my success as a Community Manager on Cities: Skylines saw me step into the role of Community Developer, taking on multiple new titles and increased responsibilities. My main project was Surviving Games franchise which includes a popular Martian colony builder: Surviving Mars, and a game released in early access on Epic Games Store, Steam and Xbox called Surviving the Aftermath. • Developed and implemented an overarching community strategy for Surviving Games with a focus on increasing brand awareness and player engagement. • Created a detailed financial overview of community activations for individual marketing campaigns.• Together with a team of Community Ambassadors cultivated a healthy and inclusive community of players.• Produced engaging articles for the official website. Also oversaw the creation of patch notes and development update blogs.• Prepared and participated in PDXCON REMIXED online event. From conceptualizing the activities and upskilling developers who wanted to participate in live streams, to coordinating the external communication and being a host for multiple workshops on Twitch.• Developed and executed a community strategy for the Surviving the Aftermath 1.0 update launch, which ended its early access period.• Launched and managed the Closed Beta Discord server for Surviving Mars. Facilitated conversations between testers and developers. Gathered and organized feedback while ensuring it was presented to all key stakeholders in a timely manner. In December 2021, also started supporting the Stellaris product team in developing the marketing campaign for the Overlord DLC. The main title I worked on was Cities: Skylines - a critically-acclaimed multiplatform city builder with a passionate and creative community of +60mln players.• Managed social media channels. This included full ownership of all the external communication released on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and Steam’s Community Hub.• Responsible for the Global Community Engagement and Content plan for the franchise, including the base game and all subsequent and newly released DLCs. Oversaw the execution of the overarching Community strategy, working alongside partners that included: Brand, Publishing, Public Relations, and Development teams.• Collaborated with the Marketing Creative Team to achieve a cohesive online brand identity. We accomplished this by maintaining curated content across all the social channels.• Supported and managed a team of international Community Ambassadors which helped grow the Cities: Skylines brand awareness via increased engagement across a number of Social Media platforms. This also included region-specific channels such as VK in Russia and both Weibo and Bilibili in China.• Set up a weekly Cities: Skylines stream that was broadcasted across Twitch. Responsibilities included planning a concept of each episode, alongside presenting with a co-host. Successfully grew the series week on week to become a staple part of the Paradox streaming schedule.• Implemented a brand new community reporting structure, granting better access to player insights and community sentiment for all key stakeholders and management. Introduced a structure of data-keeping, allowing for historical metrics to be presented and referenced throughout key campaigns. Show less

Being a Global Community Coordinator brought many interesting challenges and opportunities in my career. I had a chance to manage and interact with a massive and diverse community of players worldwide - from FIFA fans to Plants vs Zombies enthusiasts. On top of the daily tasks, which I already performed as a Polish Community Coordinator, I started writing more official messaging for the players. This led to a closer collaboration with various EA’s studios and their game teams. I collected the relevant information and fact-checked the posts before they were published.I was also involved in promoting and supporting community advocates through AHQ Heroes and Champions program. I ensured they always had access to the essential information and assets on time and felt rewarded for their support of our brands. Show less
