I had a pleasure to work with Patrycja for almost 3 years and it was a really fruitful time together in CLS Control Branch in Nordea. Despite a challenging circumstances of work on different time shifts, Patrycja was always flexible to support colleagues during the toughest moments. I remember her as a trustworthy, open and honest person who was not affraid to speak out loud about her ideas and concerns. She got a lot of new skills during her military training which has made her more responsible team player and confident to take a lead in difficult situations.
