  Luxdone is a Cracow‘s IT Company connecting top Nordic tech startups with software developers across Poland since 2016. My responsibilities include: - Running full life-cycle recruitment processes for various IT roles, eg. Java, Node, PHP, React, Vue, .NET, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, PM, spanning from Junior to Senior levels - Drafting & publishing job ads - Sourcing passive candidates (using eg. Linkedin Recruiter Lite, X-Ray Search, Boolean Search) - Reviewing candidates' resumes and portfolios - Managing ATS (Teamtailor) - Conducting screening calls & interviews with the candidates - Providing timely updates and feedback to candidates - Meetings with the clients (Hiring Managers & Product Owners) to gather tech requirements and discuss the recruitment updates - Assuming the role of a team lead for onboarding and mentoring new recruitment team members - Engaging in employer branding activities - Other HR tasks, depending on the company’s needs Show less
