  Maintenance and some feature development in four stock/bond/options trading applications. Despite being a software developer position, I sporadically have direct contact with customers who use our applications for trading.Four applications:- Data Distribution Application (Java) that can handle over 50,000 updates/sec without creating queues or causing other delays.- Algorithmic Trading Application, Orc Liquidator (C and C++) that works as a platform with market connections and a substantial trading API, on which customers can build their own event driven trading algorithms (Java). We also help customers to build trading strategy solutions.- Manual Trading Application, Orc Trader (Objective C, C, C++ and C#) with a big variety of tools for trading and a possibility to monitor and control the algo application Liquidator (mentioned above) and its trading strategies. The core of the application is Objective C and some parts of the GUI - and the start-up process - are made in C#.- Market Maker strategy (Java), an off-the-shelf application built to run on the algo application Liquidator.
