Patrick Paddy Whitnall took me on in 2012 as a comms strategist and wannabe leader of a data and analytics capability. Paddy nurtured my development and enabled me to achieve my goal, even though it meant relinquishing my role in his team – perhaps he couldn’t wait to get rid of me!
