Pat and his team consulted with us on procurement and implementation of a new records management system, which was a large project for our organization. Pat's knowledge and experience were invaluable to us. He knew every phase and consideration of the product, both from the end user standpoint and the vendor's standpoint. This enabled TSSI to be the perfect middleman in the transaction, acting on our behalf. There were many aspects and factors that we simply lacked knowledge on and were insufficiently prepared to make decisions on. Pat was diligently focused on our needs to make sure that we received the proper deliverables. I am convinced that we could not have successfully pulled off this project without the assistance of TSSI. If I were taking on a new IT project, particularly in the public safety field, my first call would be to TSSI.

As a vendor rep, I work on a project Patrick ran as the clients consultant. Patrick was extremly diligent and truly worked in the clients best interest at all times.

There is a relatively small segment of leaders in the business world; individuals who seem able to build relationships, trust, and rapport with almost anyone, and then can broker those relationships and make connections between people, create partnerships and alliances, and motivate forward momentum to ‘get things done.’ Patrick Savage is one of those people. Mr. Savage has been engaged in emergency communications in a variety of ways since 1986 when he worked as a communications supervisor in the United States Navy. He has led a wide range of projects throughout his career, from implementing systems for large, complex agency consortiums to large cities, to smaller communities and counties. He has completed facility assessments and security reviews, and managed new construction of mission critical facilities. He has completed detailed operational assessments, and he has developed RFP’s for Public Safety systems and other technology and support systems. Mr. Savage has also provided judicial expertise and expert testimony in legal matters involving Public Safety Automated Systems. Mr. Savage has spent a significant amount of time over the past few years contracted to implement a Project Management Office (PMO) for a mid-sized technology company, and served as its interim Director. He now consults and manages back office project staff to assist the current PMO Director and other operational elements within the company. During his time working, he has been instrumental in helping to define, develop, and implement advanced project management processes, led significant change in how project management serves the corporate executive team, and has provided strategic insight and reporting on projects and programs to senior management. His efforts, and the efforts of his team of talented professionals, have helped this industry-leading company provide a level of project management services that vastly outshines its competitors.
