I reached out to Patrick early 2018 when I was preparing my business plan for the year ahead. I was frustrated with a longer sales cycle, struggling with getting to actual decision-makers, and a tougher sales process overall. I needed guidance but wrestled with the idea that a veteran salesperson 20+ years) shouldn’t need basic training. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a coach, a seminar or something on-going. What I got with Sandler was all 3. I recommend Patrick and Sandler for anyone, newbie and veteran alike, who wants to be more productive, more confident and win bigger sales in a shorter amount of time. The classes are relevant with practical nuggets you can implement immediately. I finished 2018 with $1.2M in sales, on a plan of $850K.

Patrick delivers value with actionable steps in the Sandler sales process. The concepts and challenges he shares in Sandler Training are spot on and can grow and enhance sales success. I would recommend any organization considering sales training to have a conversation with Patrick about how to get great actual results from the implementation of the process he leads.

I was wrong… with over 20 years of selling experience I thought I knew it all until I was introduced to Sandler Training. Since October of 2015 I have been working with Patrick Carroll at Sandler Training in Richmond VA. Our ongoing weekly classes, group discussions and homework assignments has helped me create a more consistent and predictable process. I would recommend any sales individual or sales team manager interested in Sandler Training to reach out to Patrick. You will not be disappointed..

Sandler Training is a global training organization with offices in 30+ countries. Sandler Training by Focus Business Development, Inc. has been operating in Richmond, VA since 2000. I love to sell, and train people how to sell with the appropriate attitudes, techniques and behavior plans. My favorite part of the training industry is to witness clients fight through comfort zones and bad habits to grow and prosper to reach new levels of success. I enjoy consulting with prospects and clients to fully understand their world with a proper diagnosis to co-create, and deliver training solutions that will truly drive results and lasting behavior change. Growing up in the Sandler Training network has allowed me to pursue my passion and fascination with rhetoric, communication, technology and sales psychology. My responsibilities within our training firm are entrenched in Sales, Marketing & Training Delivery. Have Fun, Help People and Make Money!

Managed inventory & floor sales for the Outdoor Sporting Goods Department. I consulted with customers to find the right equipment for their outdoor needs. I sold high end Canoes, Kayaks & Firearms all the way to basic camping & fishing gear. During college this position allowed me to follow my passion for the outdoors while giving me the opportunity for front-line experience in customer service and retail sales. Worked on the front line with various crews that specialized in large commercial & residential landscape installation projects. The jobs required detailed, efficient execution in multi-trade construction sites to keep projects on time, and on budget. Working in a team environment made up of a bilingual workforce provided valuable lessons in effective communication, leadership & teamwork to get the job done right. High School & College job.
