Hal J Board Jr DDS PC
I have been involved with Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship since 2005. I volunteered and have done everything from mucking out stalls to being chairman of the board of directors. I tell you this not for self aggrandizement; but, as a reference to let you know that I've seen "behind the curtain" at Equest and to establish my credibility vis-a-vis Patrick Bricker and Equest. To put it bluntly and succinctly, Patrick Bricker was the best thing that ever happened to Equest. I first met Patrick in October, 2011 when we ( the board of directors ) were searching for our fourth C.E.O. in 3 years. It's impossible to count the number of candidates that we had interviewed prior to Patrick. However, when Patrick left the his interview, we knew that we had just found our next C.E.O. Patrick did not disappoint. He came in and immediately updated our IT situation. We therefore had better communication with our donors and were able to keep them in the loop. He also held classes to teach all of the employees how to use the system to their and Equest's benefit. By far the most impressive accomplishment during Patrick's tenure at Equest was pushing through the Texas Horse Park. I had heard of the Texas Horse Park since I first became involved with Equest in 2005. As a group, we thought that it would never happen. Somehow, Patrick was able to twist the arms of the appropriate city council members and get the Texas Horse Park approved. He was able to get done in approximately 18 months something that had been on the drawing board since before 2005 ! Today the Texas Horse Park is a thriving operation. The significance of THP is immeasurable as it has opened the doors to new individual donors and organizations that before had been unavailable to Equest. In conclusion, I highly recommend Patrick Bricker. He would be a great asset to any company and would increase the company's bottom line exponentially. Sincerely, Hal J Board DDS, PC

Patrick is a stellar professional who has a strong dedication and passion to positively impact his clients. I had the pleasure of working with Patrick on the Equest Board Retreat. He is a fantastic presenter and understands what it takes to lead an effective and impactful nonprofit organization. He is result oriented and has the professionalism necessary to guarantee success under any circumstances. Patrick always came to the table organized, with an agenda, clear and concise questions and expected outcomes.
