As a colleague and a friend I have always been surprised at the way Patrick can take a complicated topic and make it understandable. I’ve known Patrick since April 2011 when he briefly processed purified water samples for the Microbiology Dept (my expertise). Mostly, he was as a dedicated chemist in the QC laboratory of a GMP manufacturing company. Above all, I was impressed with Patrick’s ability to take on projects in the GMP laboratory setting and instinctively know what needed to be done. I was not surprised when he revealed that he was going to attend the U of MN in the Doctor of Pharmacology program. As a friend I have watched Patrick show his team leadership qualities as the catcher of a local amatuer baseball team. Patrick is dedicated to his chosen profession. He is a leader and will be an asset to any company.
